Problems the loader found in the spreadsheets. Open a row to see it in full and mark what was done.
What the loader checks
An error keeps the row out of the database. A warning lets it in with a blank to check. Two checks never fire, because the loader adds any new label or category code to the codebook before it checks the row. A typo in a label shows up in the codebook, not here.

- ErrorEvent code used twice
- ErrorUnknown state name
- ErrorCode does not match the state
- ErrorDate is not valid
- ErrorEnd date before start date
- ErrorUnknown label(cannot fail)
- ErrorYes or No field has another value
- ErrorUnknown category code(cannot fail)
- ErrorCategory given twice
- WarningDate, action or actor is blank
