Codebook
The option lists that events are coded with: actors, targets, actions, PID and categories.

The real codebook is the database team's Variables.xlsx, which the website side has not seen. This screen edits only what the database holds: a label for each option, and a code, label and event flag for each category. Whether the codebook should be edited here at all is a question for the database team.
The loader adds every new spelling it finds in a spreadsheet as a new label. So a rename here comes back as a second label on the next load, and a typo in a spreadsheet shows up here as a near twin. Merge a twin into the real label.
