Prototype on synthetic data. Nothing here is real DEED data.

Releases

A release is the set of events and site content the public site is built from. It is checked, then approved by different people (two, by a setting), then written as files. An approved release reaches the public site only when someone makes it live. Prototype: the production site does not read releases yet.

Which columns go public

A release holds only these columns, from the export contract proposed to the database team. The description and the two PID columns stay out until questions M3 and M4 are answered. Staff IDs, the hard-call flag and the spreadsheet file and row never go out.

event_code, state_code, start_date, end_date, action, actor, target, category_1, category_2, category_3
